Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Clozytte when you use the Clozytte app. By creating an account, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Who can use Clozytte

You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. One account is for one person.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has access to it, change your password and email us. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Your photos and pieces

What you add stays yours. To run Clozytte, you let us store your photos and details, show them to you, and send them to the services that make pictures of you wearing an outfit when you ask for one. When you share an outfit to the catalog, you also let us show it to other people and let them add a copy to their own outfits. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people already made.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload:

• a photo of another person as your own photo without their permission;
• nudity, sexual content, or anything involving a minor in a sexual way;
• hateful, violent, or harassing content; or
• anything that is illegal or breaks someone else's rights.

The catalog

Nothing in your closet is shared unless you turn on "Show in catalog" for an outfit. Anyone can report a catalog outfit. A reported outfit is hidden while we review it, and we may remove outfits that break these terms. Removing an outfit from the catalog does not delete it from your outfits.

Pictures made with AI

Pictures of you wearing an outfit are made by an AI model. They are a preview, not a promise of how a piece fits or looks. Colors, sizes, small accessories, and details may be wrong.

What you may not do

• Access someone else's account or closet.
• Scrape, copy, or resell the catalog.
• Interfere with or overload the service, or try to get around its security.
• Use Clozytte to break the law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Clozytte and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

The service

Clozytte is free and still early. Features may change or stop, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.

Clozytte is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, or for losing content you added. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine law that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app first. Using Clozytte after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
